We love that this no-bake dessert is simple and perfect for any spring or summer gathering. The graham cracker crust is easy to make and the combination of bananas and strawberries really is terrific. We love topping it with peanuts just like an original banana split.

SWAPS

If you have a peanut allergy you can simply leave them out. We love the addition of pineapple with the banana and strawberries but you can always mix it up some. You can add more bananas if you like. This is a layer-style dessert and super versatile.

CHERRY ON TOP

We love to put the cherries on top of the cake spread about a slice apart, so each slice will get a cherry. This is a very pretty dessert and would be perfect for any summer holiday especially the 4th of July.

DOES IT HAVE TO CHILL?

Yes, we chill this dessert for at least 4 hours, but honestly, it’s perfect to make it the night before and leave it in the refrigerator all night. This is a great dessert to make in advance.

⭐TIP

You can easily just use bottle chocolate sauce to save time or you can make homemade hot fudge. If you do use homemade, let it cool before adding it to the cake.

This No Bake Banana Split Cake is so easy to make and always a hit. Simple dessert and comes together quickly. The combination of strawberries, bananas and pineapple is delicious.

• ½ cup of unsalted butter melted
• 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
• ½ cup of powdered sugar
• 12 ounces of cream cheese softened
• 2 8-ounce containers of Cool Whip (divided)
• 2 bananas sliced
• 20- ounce can of crushed pineapple drain well
• 2 cups of strawberries sliced and hulled
• ½ cup of peanuts chopped
• Maraschino cherries
• Chocolate syrup

• Grease a 9X13 baking dish and set aside. Combine graham crackers and melted butter with a fork, making sure all graham crackers are moist. Press into the bottom of the greased baking pan.

• Next, using a mixer, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Once combined using a spoon or spatula fold in one container of the cool whip. Spread this mixture in an even layer over the graham crackers.

• Next, top with a single layer of sliced bananas, then the pineapple and lastly, the strawberries. Top with the remaining container of cool whip. Sprinkle with the peanuts, chocolate syrup and then the cherries.

• Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
