Lemon Chess Bars

A traditional Lemon Chess Bars recipe with a buttery crust and sweet-tart lemon filling. Straightforward, crowd-pleasing dessert excellent for picnics, events, & summer time baking.

• 15.25 oz. lemon cake combine
• ½ cup of butter melted
• 1 giant egg

Topping

• 8 oz. cream cheese softened
• ½ cup butter tender or melted
• 3 eggs
• 3 cups of powdered sugar
• ¼ cup lemon juice

• Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

• DO NOT make the cake in response to the instructions on the field. In a medium bowl, stir collectively the cake combine, one egg, and the melted butter.
