❤️WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE

We love how simple this recipe is and that it slow cooks in the oven for a few hours and comes out moist and delicious. Plus corned beef is super versatile, use it make a hash, serve it as main meat, and you can also add potatoes, onions and carrots.

ADDITIONS

When making this dish you can easily add the potatoes, onions and carrots with it in the oven. It slow cooks for a few hours so they will cook well and be tender and delicious. Also if your corned beef doesn’t come with the seasoning pack.. no worries! You can make your own. If you don’t have everything on this list that isn’t that big of deal, I just use what I have on hand and add about 1/2 teaspoon to a bowl, combine well and season the meat.
